Gorgeous beach house situated at the foot of the famous sandy dunes of Camber Sands Beach and less than 2 minutes walk to it's stunning shores. A back gate at the bottom of the garden leads you over a small grassy playing field (sometimes used as an over flow for the main beach car park on really busy days in high summer) and straight onto the beautiful dunes to create what feels like your own private access to the beach!


The house is designed in an open plan arrangement and has been extensively renovated in a relaxed beach style, filled with antique and vintage furniture. The back of the house has 3 sets of french doors and 4 sets of windows which open out on to the good sized, south facing back garden with a decked patio area and stunning panoramic views across of the sand dunes and is a great place to enjoy the evening sunshine with a glass of wine. This almost entirely glazed back-aspect means that you can enjoy the stunning views and seaside sunshine even on colder, windier days when you are stuck in doors. The wood panelled interior, painted in gentle shades of the palest grey and white, adds to the beach theme, enhancing the overall seaside experience.


Accommodation comprises bedroom 1, with a kingsize bed and although situated at the front of the building it has elegant french doors onto the main living space which means you can enjoys the views at the back and even hear the sound of the waves crashing whilst lying in bed! This bedroom also has a Smart TV. Bedroom 2 is a second kingsize/ twin room featuring one kingsize bed and one single bed making it suitable for couples or friends who do not wish to share a bed or a small family. Bedroom 3 is a double bunk bed room (2 bunk beds) with a trundle bed sleeping 5 altogether Bedroom 4  is a twin/Kingsize convert with an ensuite WC and smart TV.  

Bathroom 1 features a roll top bath, WC and basin.  Bathroom two has a shower cubicle, WC and shower. There is a second WC and wash hand basin off the 4th bedroom. The kitchen and dining area are situated in the large open plan living space with aspects to the front and the back while the sitting rooms with smart TV, can be closed off for privacy or opened up to become part of the larger space. This makes space fully flexible and ideal for larger groups and families. Despite it's reclaimed emphasis comfort has not been compromised and the house boasts a white enamelled Bertazzoni professional cooker, fridge/freezers, dishwasher, washer/dryer, wi-fi, wood burning stove, cotton sheets on all the beds and fluffy deep white towels for all. There is off-street parking for up to 3 cars and plenty of on-street parking on the road outside.
